How it works?
In case you have a defect in your product, PlusCanvas® may request an e-mail from you including images of the product, the box and a description of the defect. Defected product will be revised and we’ll get back to you within 5 days. Upon approval of defect we can refund, replace your order for free or give store credits. Refunds will be made to your credit card. Returns and refunds can be requested in 14 days following the delivery of your order. If you want to return your item please contact us.
Who pays for shipping?
If the product is defected, PlusCanvas® will take back your product from your address, for free.
In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the packaging, returning the item and re-shipping costs.
PlusCanvas® never recieves and pays shipping for packages sent to them without notice
Return address will be provided when necessary.
